On 13 May 2019, Prof. Haragopal, N. Venugopal Rao, Prof. Katyayini Vidmahe and otherteachers in Hyderabad, Telangana, academics and HRDs, had their meeting interrupted by police. Some of the academics and teachers were also arbitrarily detained during the police visit.
